Mary A. Tohle, age 91, of St. Henry, Ohio, died at 5:00 PM on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at the Gardens at St. Henry, St. Henry, Ohio. She was born November 21, 1920 in St. Henry, Ohio to John & Agnes (Altenhofel) Tohle. Mary is survived by a sister, Rose Ann Garman of St. Henry and two nephews, John & Anna Garman of Celina and Tom Garman of Noblesville, Indiana. She is preceded in death by a brother-in-law Gene Garman. She was a member of St. Henry Cathloic Church and the Ladies Rosary Altar Sodality. She was a caregiver of friends and family and worked at Cincinnati Bell for 42 years. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, February 23, 2012 at St. Henry Catholic Church, St. Henry, Ohio, with Fr. Benedict Magabe, officiating. Burial will follow in St. Henry Cemetery, St. Henry, Ohio. Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home-St. Henry on Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Memorials may be directed to State of the Heart Hospice or the Tanzanian Missions through St. Henry Church. Condolences may be left at hogenkampfh.com.
